Civilian Training Course

Level 2 Carbine

This is a 8 Hour Carbine Operators course. During this class we will engage targets from room distance out to 100+ yards. Students will learn and practice realistic shooting positions, malfunction clearance, proper use of cover, weapon transitions and shooting on the move. Graduates will leave with an assessment of their current skills and ongoing self-training tools to reach the next level of performance.

This is a fast moving performance oriented course designed to push you mentally and physically. Upon completion of the class students will be able to compete for the OTG Knight Patch.

Prerequisites:

OTG Carbine C.O.R.E. or equivalent. Law abiding US citizen or ITAR Approved person.

Student Packing List:

  • Rifle and 3 magazines
  • 400 rounds of rifle ammunition
  • Sling
  • Handgun and 2 magazines
  • 50 rounds of handgun ammunition
  • Holster and magazine pouches
  • Cover garment if you regularly carry your weapon concealed
  • Pen and notebook
  • Hat or other head covering
  • Gloves
  • Knee and elbow pads
  • Eye and ear protection
  • Sunscreen or raingear (as applicable)
  • Adequate personal water supply 
  • Sack lunch and snack food (We do not leave the range for lunch)
